🔹 Step 2: Complete One Time Registration (OTR)
Before applying, students must complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process, which is mandatory.
On the homepage, click on “OTR (One Time Registration)”
Enter your mobile number and verify it using OTP
Provide your Aadhaar number for identity verification
Select your category (General, OBC, SC, ST, Minority)
After verification, an OTR number will be generated
